If you select a photographer for your wedding, you choose not only someone creating images of your most special day. You book a person, that will be with your families, your friends and guests. Of course also will be together with yourself throughout the day. If you have booked Creative-, Studio and Outdoor sessions the time spent with the photographer is even longer and more intense. It is therefore important that you can trust this person. The wrong choice made here can result into your schedule brought into disarray. The photographer is at all times at your site, but should as far as possible act discreetly so as not to disrupt the overall flow of the wedding. He must capture the best moments, wonderful and soulful and merge them into a great feast for the eyes, within precious album. That takes trust in the person you are booking. So, think about it closely who you book, and don’t book if you are not 100% sure it can work.
Price
Of course, we also know that price plays a role in the selection of the photographer but your choice should not just reduce it to this. Questions that you are ought to ask your photographer:

Time Coverage
What is often overlooked when choosing the photographer is the time which he and/or other members of his team invest in the wedding. Typically, at least is one photographer, usually even two, attend the entire event to document all the details and to really set the scene. That’s exactly what you booked the photographer for. On the actual wedding day an availability of at least 8-10 hours should be covered locally. So, please keep this in mind. Some photographers limit this time so as to reduce the price. Each additional hour availability is then billed later. These are hidden costs, and before you realize it, it’s often too late.
The number of photographers
How many photographers will actually be needed? Most weddings take at least two photographers. This ensures that your 1st Photographer is permanently with you to document yourself at your day.
